At Key Publishing Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
